Metapreneur helps property owners, who do not have the resources or time to manage the leasing of their property themselves. We provide host management services and customize packages that include furnishing, short-term and long-term leasing, marketing and any other assistance needed to help our clients make the most of their property investment. Our years of experience in the property industry give us the knowledge and expertise to make the rental process as smooth and convenient as possible for both the property owner and the tenant.

Ali’s assistant did a great job and was very helpful with lot of enthusiasm. Everything was nice, clean and luxurious. Wifi, parking place and pool was also included.

Ali was very responsive and was there to greet us, apartment was super clean and as pictured tidy and clean. The view was amazing on the canal and I enjoyed looking at Burj Khalifa at night time. For sure will come again.

Great apartment, clean inside and superb view outside. Have free parking on basement floor with security. The household is friendly and easy to communicate. Excellent experience overall, hope to stay with them next time.

Amazing views very modern and would definitely stay again. Getting in and out of the building isn’t ideal but it is overall a central location in the heart of the media city.

Large spacious apartment!
Very clean and bright the bathrooms and rooms are pretty much brand-new and very comfortable. The balcony goes all the way around.

Super nice apartment and the building is new. Apartment is huge and was super clean. Huge living room and bedrooms and a super nice view of the Burj Khalifa from outside. 100% will be back. The apartment offers a gym access. And a nice swimming pool.
