Photography
We will take around 30 photos, depending on the size of your property. AirBnB allows a maximum of 100 photos to be uploaded but we’ll select 2-3 photos on each room. We will make sure to showcase your property’s best features.
We will not charge you any additional fees - this is all part of our service.
Price Optimization
Our strategy team will optimally and competitively price your listing based seasonality, property location, competitor pricing and other factors to ensure that your revenue is maximized all year round.
We will deposit all of the revenue from your bookings into your account on a monthly basis. We’ll also provide a log of all the invoices and payouts.
List Creation
Of course, we will work closely with you to get the information we need to create a perfect listing for potential guests. You'll be in touch with our team throughout the listing creation process.
We can have your property up and running in a few days, depending on how quickly you can provide us with the key information about your property.
We use the following websites for our short-term listing: AirBnB and Dubizzle
Guest Management
Airbnb recommends us to respond to guest inquiry within 24 hours. Quick responses are important when it comes to booking requests, as they show that you’re interested and available. In turn, this could lead to the guest booking with you.
There’s an appropriate charge for any damage and missing items caused by the guests. We will also provide our fully trained housekeepers to keep your unit in a good condition before and after the stay of guests
During the onboarding process, we will ask you if you would like us to resolve any maintenance issues immediately, or if you would like us to contact you first. The following expenses will then be deducted from your income.
